  • Actors’ Equity Association (AEA) – 5%
  • United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT) – 5%

Organizational Discounts

  • Not-for-profit organization – 10%
  • Higher education – 15%
  • Secondary education – 20%

Contractual Discounts

  • One-year contract – 10%

Conditions of Discounts

  • Most combinations of discounts may be applied, but may never exceed 100%
  • Professional Affiliation: You must be a current member in good standing and membership must be verifiable by VirtualCallboard
  • Not-for-profits must have legal 501(c)(3) status or equivalent 
  • Higher-education institutions must be nationally accredited (ATHE, NASD, NASM, NAST, U/RTA, USITT, etc.)
  • Secondary-education institutions may be private or public
  • One-year contracts must pay full value of 12 months of service within the terms and conditions set by the service provider
