• External Contacts
  You may now use VirtualCallboard to manage all your contacts who are not users in the system. You can store information about vendors, suppliers and production contacts in VirtualCallboard and share them within your company or department.
• Mass Import Users
  You can now upload a spreadsheet of users into the system. This significantly reduces the time required to enter a group of users into the system.

Enhancements

• Location address & mapping
  Assign address information including street address and space information to calls. This information will appear on the schedule & allow the user to map the location directly from the site.
• Multiple Phone Numbers
  Add as many contact phone numbers as you wish to your account. Determine the priority of the phone and whether it is a cell phone or land line.
