- MonthlyMonthly subscribers will receive their bills at the end of each month of service.
(eg. You subscribe on June 1, 2011, you will receive your first bill on June 30, 2011, and your second bill on July 30, 2011)
- YearlyYearly subscribers will receive their bills 30 days after their subscription anniversary date.
(eg. You subscribe on June 1, 2011, you will receive your first bill on June 30, 2011, and your second bill on June 30 2012)
- MonthlyMonthly subscribers will receive their bills at the end of each month of service.
- Your First BillYou will receive your first bill 30 days after you subscribe to the service.
- 100% Paperless BillingYou will recieve all bills from VirtualCallboard at the email address you specify as a billing address when you subscribe. For assured delivery, add billing@virtualcallboard.com to your address book.
Site Administrator can also access a site’s billing and account information by clicking on the Administration > Invoices/Billing tab
- Making Payments
- Pay Online via PayPalWe accept credit-card payments (Visa, Mastercard) through PayPal. We do not ask for nor store your credit-card information during the subscription process. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to make credit-card payments online.
If you wish to make payments online, you can click on the PayPal link which will accompany each bill.
- Send a Payment in the MailWe accept corporate/university checks, two-party checks, and money orders
We do not accept cash sent by mail or personal checks.

- Due Date/Late FeesFull payment is due within 14 days of the billing date. A $15 late fee will be assessed if your balance is unpaid after that time.
- Account Deactivation/DeletionIf a payment is over five days late, your site will be deactivated and scheduled for deletion. For more information, view the Terms of Service.
