Companies in VirtualCallboard are the various productions in your organization. Creating new companies & managing them can be done in the administration tab.

Type the name of the production in the Name of Company field.
Until you have assigned the Company a Manager, list yourself as the Default Manager. You can change that selection from the Site Administration tab once you have added other users. Since there aren’t Company Members
other than you at this point, skip selecting other than you at this point, skip selecting them. You can add them to the Company when you Add Users.
You can add as many companies as your account allows.

Company administration helps you manage your active & archived company lists.

The dashboard shows the account’s available companies and usage information.

See your account status on the dashboard. VirtualCallboard accounts can always be upgraded to provide you with more active companies if needed.

Select the company you wish to archive and select Archive Company.

Viewing archived information allows you to see everything (schedule, contacts, reports and files) from that company. While viewing the archived company you can even update a user and add them to a current company.

While viewing archived information, you will notice the warning . You can not modify information for an archived company, just view it.
