Why would we use an online callboard when the regular callboard works just as well?
Why doesn’t VirtualCallboard do________
VirtualCallboard is designed to enable internal communication within the production company. Every once in a while we get requests that don’t really fit into this scope (i.e. front of house operations, patron database, etc). We listen to these requests and are planning other EmptySpace Technology products to address these needs.
Subscribing
Do I have to subscribe for a year at a time?
Do I have to install anything?
Why is there a monthly fee? Why can’t I just pay a one-time fee?
Also, your ongoing support allows us to continually develop new features and provide constant update VirtualCallboard, making it a better product and continuing our commitment to you as a customer.
Billing
What forms of payment do you accept?
We also accept checks and money orders. Please note, however, that your check must be received ON OR BEFORE the due date on your account or late fees and/or account deactivation will automatically occur.
When will I receive my first bill?
How long do I have to pay? Why was I charged a late fee?
Why was I charged for the first month? I thought there was a free trial?
If you decide you want to use VirtualCallboard, you simply do nothing and your first invoice will arrive after the 30th day. If you choose to cancel your VirtualCallboard before the trial period ends, let us know and you won’t be charged for that first 1-30 days of use.
Why do I have to pay another bill before I cancel?
If you are actively using your VirtualCallboard service at during a billing cycle and decide to discontinue using your VirtualCallboard, you will typically have to pay the invoice that will be sent at the end of the billing cycle.
We do not prorate billing cycles.
